Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (4 years) in Human Resources or related field; 3-5 years of full life cycle recruitment experience; Strong HR acumen with knowledge of OFCCP, EEOC, Title 7 and local/state laws; Proficiency in sourcing and screening candidates for skill and motivational fit; Track record in delivering exceptional customer service and advising the business; Ability to build relationships across functions and levels; Strong critical thinking and emotional intelligence; High urgency and attention to detail; Willingness to work in high-pressure environments
