Plan and execute data-driven campaigns and targeted customer journeys to be executed through Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
Analyze campaign performance with Marketing Analytics and Targeted Marketing teams, using real-time data to optimize digital marketing effectiveness on owned channels.
Collaborate with commodity teams, customer experience (CX), Digital Experience (DX), CRM and local Co-op marketers to align campaigns with sales targets and promotions.
Lead projects to enhance capabilities and effectiveness of targeted, customer-centric digital marketing through owned channels including email and app.
Stay current on AI and tech advancements to maximize marketing technology investments.
Report to the Senior Manager, Targeted Marketing and work closely with CX, EIM, commodity leaders, and local Co-op partners.
Requirements
6-9 years of relevant progressively responsible marketing experience.
Bachelor’s degree in commerce, preferably majoring in marketing (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
Background in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, campaign management and marketing analytics are assets.
