General Manager

General

• Responsible for delivering products of the highest quality in terms of freshness, taste and adhering to all food safety guidelines.
• Clean / bus tables.
• Ensure buffet is kept clean during breakfast service
• Ensure buffet is fully stocked.
• Provide superior guest service, while ensuring all tables and food areas are kept clean and dining area maintained while guests are enjoying their meal.

Breakfast Attendant

• Follow 15/5 rule, make eye contact and smile at 15 feet, greet guest within 5 feet, to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
• Responsible for conducting daily inspections of all areas cleaned by the Housekeeping Department including guest rooms and public areas.
• Responsible for training all housekeeping and laundry staff according to expectations and standards.
• Communicates daily with other management and staff to ensure compliance with operating procedures.
• Responsible for establishing and implementing standards and procedures for housekeeping staff.
• Responsible for updating safety procedures and ensuring compliance with fire and safety issues.

Quality Control Room Inspector

• Manage and direct back of house operations, coordinating between the housekeeping and maintenance departments.
• Oversees, coaches and trains the entire housekeeping department ensuring cleanliness procedures are being followed per franchise and department standards.
• Daily inspections of all guest rooms and public spaces.
• Supervise, coach, and train housekeeping department to include quality control inspectors, guest room attendants, porter, and laundry attendants.
• Promote teamwork and employee morale.
• Ensure all polices and procedures are followed regarding life safety and room cleanliness.
• Order and maintain par stock of guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management.
• Develop and implement systems and procedures.
• Schedule and maintain labor budgets.
• Promptly handle all guests queries and requests in a pleasant manner.
• Conduct daily huddles, weekly and or monthly employee meetings.

Housekeeping Supervisor

• Interfacing with the previous shift and managers to be updated on hotel activities.
• Provide expedient check-in/check-out service.
• Be knowledgeable of hotel property and in-house events.
• Provide guests with information concerning hotel policies and amenities/services.
• Assistance in reaching monthly brand standard goals in regards to customer service, employee training and brand recognition.
