Property Administrator

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting statements (P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow), ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to agreed deadlines.
• Perform detailed reconciliations of ledgers, client balances, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and prompt resolution of discrepancies.
• Deliver robust variance analysis, providing clear insights and meaningful commentary to support informed decision-making by clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support the preparation and ongoing management of property budgets and forecasts, offering analysis and actionable recommendations to enhance financial performance.
• Prepare VAT transaction reports and support compliance with relevant tax legislation.

Technical Project Manager

• Provide day-to-day technical oversight across multiple civil and infrastructure design projects
• Coordinate and review multidisciplinary inputs including civil, structural, surveying, and related disciplines
• Ensure all design outputs are compliant, integrated, and deliverable
• Support development of project scopes, programmes, deliverables, and resource planning
• Assist department heads in preparing bids, quantifying design costs, and contributing to the creation of Terms of Engagement

Technical Project Lead – Project Engineer, Civil Design & Infrastructure

• Authorise and approve invoices for payment being satisfied that the works or supply represented by the invoice has been properly incurred
