Account Executive

• Proactively identify and engage potential clients across target sectors (e.g. education, corporate, and payments).
• Generate and qualify outbound leads through calls, email outreach, and social selling.

Financial Crime

• Conducting the KYC/AML search process for new requests, alerts, refresh, and closure in line with AML regulations and industry best practice
• Carrying out AML/KYC reviews on customers by collating information from online company registers, company information providers, public sources and using internal systems and screening tools, to verify the identity and beneficial ownership/control of customers, identifying any higher risk factors and completing a full risk assessment on each customer.
• Conducting screening of clients to identify any links to PEPs, sanctions, adverse media and financial crime
• Managing own caseload and ensuring that all work is completed in a timely manner and in line with company internal policies
• Maintenance of the KYC/AML Registers
• Collating internal documents and signatures as necessary to support Delivery Partner requests for AML checks
• Liaising across commercial team on AML Due Diligence and Investigations matters

Onboarding Specialist

• Deliver a world-class onboarding experience for Strategic Partners and their clients, building confidence and trust from day one
• Lead client implementation kick-off meetings and drive projects through to successful completion
• Manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and stakeholder alignment
• Facilitate discovery and information-gathering sessions to understand client requirements and operational needs
• Configure TransferMate solutions to support client-specific workflows and business objectives
• Act as the central point of ownership across implementations—managing communication, timelines, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and stakeholder expectations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Product, and technical teams to deliver seamless client launches

Client Onboarding Specialist

Sales Development Rep

• Build and execute daily prospecting activity across outbound channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, and other approved platforms) to identify and engage target accounts.
• Research target accounts and personas; tailor outreach based on industry, use case, and likely cross-border payment requirements.
• Qualify opportunities using our agreed framework and convert to: Qualified meeting booked, and/or Sales-qualified lead/opportunity routed to the appropriate sales owner.
• Create and maintain accurate CRM records and activity logs; ensure key fields are completed consistently and promptly.
• Partner closely with: AEs/BDMs to align targeting, qualification standards, and handover quality.
• Confidently articulate the company’s value proposition in plain language, for example: Global payment reach (send/receive internationally, multi-currency capabilities) and the “one network” model.

Sales Development Representative

• Identify, engage, and qualify net-new prospects and early-stage opportunities
• Generate a consistent pipeline of qualified meetings and sales opportunities for Account Executives, Business Development Managers, and/or Partnership Sales teams
• Combine strong commercial execution with disciplined data quality and compliance-aware discovery.
• Conduct structured first-call discovery to confirm business needs and payment use case.

• Take ownership of day-to-day compliance activities across the US and Canada.
• Act as the primary escalation point for AML, regulatory, and compliance matters.
• Ensure consistent application of global policies, adapted for jurisdiction-specific requirements.
• Act as the designated BSA/AML Compliance Officer for the US entity.
• Ensure adherence to FinCEN requirements and broader BSA/AML regulatory expectations.
• Oversee SAR reporting, transaction monitoring, and investigative frameworks.
• Maintain and enhance the effectiveness of the US AML programme.
• Take full operational ownership of compliance in Canada, including: FINTRAC requirements under PCMLTFA
• Oversee regulatory reporting, audits, and regulator engagement.
• Ensure all aspects of Canadian compliance are effectively managed and embedded.
