About the role

  • Own the Top of Funnel : Hunt, qualify, and engage prospects through email, LinkedIn, and cold calls.
  • Book Meetings : Create real opportunities for the AE team — not just demos, but real value conversations.

  • Lead by Example : After proving success, you’ll help hire, train, and lead new BDRs as we grow the team.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of SDR or BDR experience in B2B SaaS (marketing tech is a plus)
  • A track record of exceeding pipeline goals
  • Killer communication skills — written, verbal, digital
  • Grit. Drive. Coachability.
  • Bonus: you've worked with Apollo, Salesforce, Nooks or similar tools
  • Leadership ambition — you’re ready to lead, not just perform
