About the role
- Own the Top of Funnel : Hunt, qualify, and engage prospects through email, LinkedIn, and cold calls.
- Book Meetings : Create real opportunities for the AE team — not just demos, but real value conversations.
- Be Curious : Learn how marketers and digital teams use site search — and show them how Cludo can help.
- Lead by Example : After proving success, you’ll help hire, train, and lead new BDRs as we grow the team.
- Collaborate Like a Pro : Work closely with marketing and sales to turn intent into pipeline.
- Get Creative : Test new outreach tactics, sequences, and messaging.

Requirements
- 2+ years of SDR or BDR experience in B2B SaaS (marketing tech is a plus)
- A track record of exceeding pipeline goals
- Killer communication skills — written, verbal, digital
- Grit. Drive. Coachability.
- Bonus: you've worked with Apollo, Salesforce, Nooks or similar tools
- Leadership ambition — you’re ready to lead, not just perform
