About the role

  • Conduct high volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads.
  • Qualify inbound leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
  • Book meetings and demos for Account Executives with decision-makers.
  • Research target industries, companies, and prospects in the DACH region.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in the CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs for outreach, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities.

Requirements

  • Business Proficiency in German with excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • 1–2 years of prior sales, lead generation, or customer-facing experience (SDR/BDR experience preferred).
  • Comfortable conducting high outbound call volumes (80-100+)
  • Strong English proficiency for internal collaboration.
  • Familiarity with outbound prospecting tools (Sales Navigator, Apollo, Outreach, etc.) and CRM systems.
  • Resilient, target-driven, and highly motivated to exceed expectations.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
