About the role

  • Provide top-tier technical support via chat and email to new and existing customers
  • Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
  • Work with a diverse, international client base across multiple industries and regions
  • Help improve technical documentation and internal knowledge base for troubleshooting
  • Represent CloudTalk professionally while solving customer issues with empathy and efficiency
  • Operate as part of the Customer Support L1 team, collaborating with colleagues and escalating issues when needed
  • Support CloudTalk’s AI-powered business communication platform and assist customers across time zones

Requirements

  • Fluent English (CV must be submitted in English)
  • Spanish is a plus
  • Basic technical acumen / tech savvy
  • Genuine interest in technology and eagerness to learn
  • Adaptable, resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player ready to support teammates
  • Self-starter who takes ownership and works with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to improve technical documentation and internal knowledge base
  • Availability to work afternoon/evening shifts: Monday–Friday 14:00–22:30 or 15:30–00:00
  • No specific years of experience required; training provided
