About the role
- Lead time-bound strategic implementations to drive adoption and value of ChatGPT Enterprise
- Deliver production customer deployments, increase adoption, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Define and manage structured onboarding and deployment projects across multiple OpenAI products
- Provide change management expertise and guide organizations through the adoption journey
- Train, educate, and enable ChatGPT Enterprise users to drive adoption and value
- Own technical deployment of ChatGPT, including connectors, Codex, custom GPTs, and advanced capabilities
- Design and lead hackathons, workshops, and hands-on training for audiences from executives to working teams
- Codify best practices and playbooks based on interactions with customers
- Gather and relay customer feedback to internal stakeholders and inform product planning
- Partner with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture, and Product teams for handoff and ongoing relationship management
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, engaging C-level technical audiences with complex global organizations
- Experience leading complex implementations of Generative AI or traditional ML solutions and driving measurable business outcomes
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, particularly when engaging executives and leaders
- Change management expertise to guide organizational adoption
- Ability to train, educate, and enable ChatGPT Enterprise users
- Technical deployment experience with ChatGPT, connectors, Codex, and custom GPTs
- Experience designing and leading hackathons, workshops, and hands-on training
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
- Track record of delivering and scaling exceptional customer experiences
- Commitment to fostering the safe and ethical evolution of AI
