About the role

  • Support finance and revenue operations and work cross-functionally across the company
  • Own essential workflows powering day-to-day business such as managing the invoice process
  • Power CRM hygiene with AI tooling
  • Responsible for new initiatives across pricing, revenue operations, GTM strategy, core finance, data, and company reporting
  • Hands-on, high-impact operational work to keep the team fast, clear, and accountable
  • Collaborate across teams and jump into ad-hoc tasks as needed
  • Role based onsite in NYC office

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 1–3 years of experience in a business operations, finance, revenue, or operations adjacent role
  • Comfortable using spreadsheets (e.g., Google Sheets or Excel) and experience working with data
  • Based in or willing to relocate to New York City (relocation support not provided)
  • Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment such as consulting, tech, or top-tier finance
  • Experience building internal dashboards and visualizing complex datasets with tools such as Tableau, Mode, or Looker
  • Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot and payment systems like Stripe or Ramp (nice to have)
  • Exposure to finance-adjacent workflows (e.g., billing, invoicing, pricing) (nice to have)
  • Basic familiarity with SQL or interest in learning (nice to have)
