• Manage the Dealer Review, Quality Testing, and/or Issues Management processes
• Monitor the execution of Exeter’s Operations Support functions
• Identify and prioritize areas for testing, manage the testing process from creation to implementation
• Communicate findings to management while managing the execution of corrective action plans
• Identify trends and risks to the business and communicate findings and recommendations to management
• Take lead role in creating policies and procedures specific to Quality Control
• Hire, train, manage, and coordinate multiple direct and indirect team members to hit goals
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of internal operational business processes, policies and systems.
