About the role
- Own and execute critical territory and account plans, exceeding multi-million dollar sales targets and annual quotas
- Provide precise forecasting and proactive pipeline management, shaping sales organization strategy
- Map Cloudflare solutions to customer enterprise architecture across business, data, applications, and technology
- Lead C-suite engagement and executive sponsorship programs with CIOs, CISOs, and CTOs
- Drive and lead complex virtual cross-functional teams including Product Managers, VPs, and SVPs to close strategic opportunities
- Serve as Cloudflare's leading voice on digital transformation and position Cloudflare as a strategic partner
- Connect cross-departmental themes, review performance, and provide feedback to enhance organizational performance
- Define team goals and metrics, review results quarterly, and proactively remove roadblocks
- Consistently drive company-wide innovation, challenge the status quo, and model Cloudflare's expectations and standards
- Demonstrate inclusive leadership and bring diverse perspectives to future-proof the organization
Requirements
- 10+ years of expert-level experience selling complex, multi-million dollar technology solutions in a B2B enterprise model
- Irrefutable track record of consistently exceeding quota and closing transformative platform deals
- Unparalleled in-depth knowledge of Cloudflare's entire product suite and the broader security landscape
- Mastery in understanding Customer Enterprise Architecture (Business, Data, Applications, Technology)
- Proven ability to apply and manage executive sponsorship programs and engage CIOs, CISOs, and CTOs
- Demonstrated success leading and orchestrating virtual teams comprising VPs and SVPs
- Recognized authority on digital transformation and market trends
- Exceptional strategic communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Expert-level proficiency in advanced sales and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, G-suite, MSFT suite, MEDDPICC)
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced technical degree highly preferred
- Ability to travel extensively as required
