Lead the execution of key global enablement initiatives, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives
Design, implement, and continuously improve global enablement processes from program request intake to delivery and reporting
Partner with GTM leadership to enhance enablement reporting and dashboards, connect programs to performance metrics, and measure program impact
Serve as the operational owner and administrator lead for enablement platforms (e.g., LMS, CMS), directing day-to-day administration and technology roadmap
Act as the key liaison for enablement with cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder relationships, program requests, prioritization, and resource allocation
Develop and maintain clear, proactive communication channels with enablement stakeholders including trainers, speakers, and senior leadership
Provide senior-level operational and logistical support for global enablement classes and events, including sales kickoffs and other major GTM events
Optimize the operational engine of the global go-to-market enablement function and drive process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability
Requirements
4-7 years of substantive experience in an operations or program management role within a fast-paced, global high-tech environment
Learning Agility: Be curious and quick to learn
Proven ability to translate high-level business goals into actionable operational plans and lead strategic initiatives from concept to completion
Comfortable with data analysis and experience with business intelligence tools; ability to create actionable reports and dashboards for executive audiences
Exceptional project management skills and experience managing multiple complex, interdependent projects under tight deadlines
Technological fluency with sales tools, learning management systems (LMS), content management systems (CMS), and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Strong understanding of sales methodologies, GTM motions, and the sales lifecycle
Resourceful, proactive, and curious mindset with a "roll up your sleeves" attitude
Experience managing partnerships with SMEs, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver enablement programs at scale
Must be located in Austin, TX or willing to relocate
