💰 $800 - $1,500 per month
About the role
- Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling to optimize executive productivity.
- Handle data entry, document management, and file organization.
- Assist with client communications, including responding to inquiries and following up on tasks.
- Conduct research and compile reports as needed.
- Provide administrative support, including preparing correspondence and managing online records.
- Perform light bookkeeping tasks (if applicable).
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an administrative, virtual assistant, or similar support role.
- LatAm Based people, you need to live in Latin America.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM systems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Availability and willingness to work a U.S. time zone shift (e.g. EST, PST, CST) and not request/negotiate a different shift.
- Type of contract: Independent Contractor.
- Hiring requirements: Submit Certificate of Employment, Valid NBI Clearance (PH) or Certified Background Check (LatAm), update LinkedIn, and comply with employment verification and monitoring policies (ActivTrak).
