• Be the trusted guide candidates rely on from first outreach to long-term success.
• You’ll own the end-to-end candidate experience: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, onboarding, and ongoing staffer success.
• Manage a portfolio of up to 50 active staffers, monitor productivity and engagement, resolve issues, and advocate for each staffer’s long-term growth.
• Source qualified candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other platforms.
• Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and assess technical and cultural fit.
• Coach candidates for client interviews and guide them through the offer process.
• Serve as candidates’ advocate during client interviews and onboarding.
• Conduct regular check-ins: weekly (Month 1), bi-weekly (Month 2), monthly (Month 3+).
