About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You'll help shape the future of accounting by designing, building, and maintaining the automation and data infrastructure that powers our business.
- Own critical reporting systems, AI-powered workflows, and business automations that touch every department.
- Design and deploy AI-powered automations using GPT, Claude, Zapier, Make, APIs, and modern SaaS platforms.
- Create scalable internal workflows that improve operations across Finance, HR, Sales, Client Success, and Operations.
- Build integrations between business applications using APIs and automation platforms.
- Continuously identify opportunities to reduce manual effort through intelligent automation.
- Own and maintain production Power BI dashboards used by leadership.
- Build, optimize, and troubleshoot data pipelines using Python, SQL, and DAX.
- Manage scheduled refreshes, gateway connections, database structures, and reporting infrastructure.
- Develop reporting solutions that support operational and financial decision-making.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years building business automations and data solutions within a B2B environment
- Strong Power BI experience including dashboards, data models, DAX, and production reporting
- Hands-on experience with Python and SQL for data transformation and automation
- Experience using automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, or similar low-code tools
- Practical experience leveraging AI platforms such as GPT or Claude for workflow automation
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, structured tables, and connected workbooks
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and modern SaaS ecosystems
- Excellent English communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
