About the role
- -Own and scale organic acquisition through partnerships, affiliates, lifecycle marketing, and brand-building initiatives
- -Drive 30% of new user acquisition via non-performance channels by developing scalable, low-CAC programs
- -Build and operationalize an affiliate program that consistently drives 10–15% of new monthly users
- -Collaborate with CX and product teams to design and implement lifecycle automation flows (abandonment, win-back, reactivation)
- -Develop and execute a community strategy, including “build in public” tactics and user-driven advocacy
- -Build and manage strategic partnerships with influencers, newsletters, and relevant platforms to increase reach and relevance
- -Create playbooks for IRL events, conferences, and co-marketing programs with B2B partners
- -Own top-of-funnel brand awareness and engagement programs across owned and earned channels
Requirements
- Experience in partnerships, lifecycle, or organic growth at a D2C, SaaS, or consumer tech company
- Proven ability to build and scale affiliate, referral, and partner marketing programs from scratch
- Strong background in brand storytelling, influencer or newsletter campaigns, and community-led growth
- Experience executing lifecycle and CRM strategies using tools like Braze, Iterable, or Customer.io
- Comfortable collaborating across product, CX, and content to drive conversion and retention
- Bonus: Familiar with IRL events, Discord, Reddit, ProductHunt, or B2B co-marketing strategies
