About the role

  • Define and lead consumer brand strategy for Valpak and Clipp
  • Lead consumer brand marketing to ensure publications are anticipated every month
  • Drive consumer engagement across print, digital, and app experiences
  • Grow adoption and repeat usage of Clipp.com, social channels, text messaging, and mobile apps
  • Grow followings and organic views on platforms like Instagram and TikTok
  • Blend savings, lifestyle content, and local discovery into a unified brand story
  • Oversee performance marketing to deliver measurable traffic, engagement, and transactions
  • Build and mentor a high-performing consumer marketing team

Requirements

  • 12+ years of consumer marketing leadership, including VP-level or equivalent experience
  • Proven success in consumer brand transformation and consumer growth
  • Strength in both consumer brand building and performance marketing
  • Experience driving engagement and consumer experiences, ideally in consumer goods
  • Strong communication, leadership, and storytelling skills
