About the role
- Define and lead consumer brand strategy for Valpak and Clipp
- Lead consumer brand marketing to ensure publications are anticipated every month
- Drive consumer engagement across print, digital, and app experiences
- Grow adoption and repeat usage of Clipp.com, social channels, text messaging, and mobile apps
- Grow followings and organic views on platforms like Instagram and TikTok
- Blend savings, lifestyle content, and local discovery into a unified brand story
- Oversee performance marketing to deliver measurable traffic, engagement, and transactions
- Build and mentor a high-performing consumer marketing team
Requirements
- 12+ years of consumer marketing leadership, including VP-level or equivalent experience
- Proven success in consumer brand transformation and consumer growth
- Strength in both consumer brand building and performance marketing
- Experience driving engagement and consumer experiences, ideally in consumer goods
- Strong communication, leadership, and storytelling skills
