Drive sales growth and expand VP’s consumer product line within Automotive and Outdoor Power Equipment Accessories retail channels
Increase distribution and volume by managing assigned accounts and developing new retailer and distributor partnerships across multiple channels
Build strong relationships with buyers, account managers, inventory planners, and sales teams
Use sales history, data tools, and competitive insights to manage territory performance
Promote VP Racing brand awareness through events, trade shows, and customer activities
Process purchase orders and coordinate with fulfillment, accounting, and other internal teams
Collaborate across company divisions on special projects and referrals
Utilize Salesforce CRM to organize accounts, track prospects, and measure performance
Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field AND at least five (5) years of experience in sales; OR any combination of education and experience that results in the applicable skills, knowledge, and abilities
Extremely organized and able to manage logistics of multiple duties with professionalism and strong communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
High levels of accuracy, timeliness and dependability
Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the organization and with all levels of employees and management
Well versed in multiple retail management information systems
Previous sales experience with aftermarket distribution, big box retail, E-Commerce, Travel Center or Industrial is preferred
Salesforce or other CRM experience
Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with large prospects
