About the role

  • Global Strategy Group (GSG) works at the intersection of business, politics, and causes, protecting and building corporate reputations and influencing public affairs
  • Creative Design Assistant to join the L@B in-house creative and media agency delivering creative direction, video & content production, and digital media capabilities
  • Report directly to VP, Creative Director and support the team through early 2026
  • Develop and refine visual materials for clients, including reports, one-pagers, social and digital advertising, print ads, video ads, and branded content
  • Design custom assets using stock and original elements to create engaging, polished compositions
  • Create visual narratives through PowerPoint presentations, video treatments, storyboards, and multimedia content
  • Support creative ideation for campaigns, messaging, branding, animations, and video assets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure designs align with brand standards and client objectives
  • Contribute to new business efforts by designing visual assets, mockups, and pitch decks
  • Prepare files for digital and print production and ensure technical specifications are met
  • Maintain version control, manage asset libraries, and ensure accuracy across file formats
  • Manage multiple design tasks and timelines, maintain organization and communication
  • Assist in guiding interns and coordinating with vendors or freelancers when needed

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of professional experience in graphic design, visual communications, or a related creative field (agency or in-house preferred)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), as well as PowerPoint and/or Google Slides
  • Experience with Premiere Pro and AI Image Generation a plus
  • Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and branding
  • Experience designing for both digital and print formats, with knowledge of production and file export requirements
  • Ability to distill complex information into simple, effective visual communications
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Team-oriented, responsive, and collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation
  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
