• Partner with team to ensure effective AI usage.
• Ongoing Discovery: Identify needs of the team to inform design and development of AI tools and processes.
• Advance AI Integration: Drive adoption of AI across the research lifecycle, developing best practices for its use in survey design, fielding, data analysis, and modeling.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with research and data staff to ensure AI methods meet high technical standards while delivering practical, applied value in polling and analysis.
• Translate & Communicate: Serve as a bridge between technical capabilities and business needs, clearly articulating how AI solutions improve client deliverables and organizational impact.
• Document & Track: Create internal documentation and establish a system to track development needs. Work closely with the head of the practice to prioritize updates and guide the development of AI workflows
• Monitor and boost usage and adoption: Connect with teams to identify ways to increase AI usage and adoption. Create spaces for staff to regularly share AI successes and challenges.

• Build and Scale Infrastructure: Design and implement processes, tools, and methods that improve efficiency and automate routine tasks.
• Develop Technical Workflows: Code, test, and deploy AI-driven workflows and pipelines; build APIs and automation scripts to connect data sources, research tools, and reporting systems.
• Prototype & Innovate: Rapidly test and evaluate emerging AI tools, refining them into scalable solutions that enhance the speed, accuracy, and creativity of research.
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Monitor and assess the evolving AI landscape to keep the organization at the forefront of research innovation.

AI Innovation & Solutions Director

Communications

• Conduct comprehensive background research to develop initial client-facing materials under detailed direction.
• Produce basic communication materials (memos, press releases, talking points) with guidance from senior team members.
• Conduct regular media monitoring (traditional and social) and create coverage reports for a range of clients and industries.
• Support media relations on teams by creating and maintaining media lists, monitoring media across platforms, assisting in pitch material research, and identifying relevant media outlets, reporters, and tracking media trends for pitching ideas.
• Support project teams by handling administrative duties, including scheduling, developing agendas, and taking detailed and action-oriented notes during internal and external meetings.
• Track project timelines and client deliverables to ensure deadlines are met and priorities managed.
• Interact with clients and assist the project team in updating clients on progress and activities.
• Collaborate with senior team members to understand strategy and approach.
• Assist in administrative tasks like arranging prep meetings, organizing resources, and monitoring project timelines to support new business initiatives.

Associate, Communications – Public Affairs

Compliance

• Providing support for a range of areas relating to GSG contracts management, including but not limited to:
• - Monitoring dedicated Contracts email inbox, responding to internal/external inquiries, and routing requests to proper recipient(s)
• - Serving as the primary point of contact for contract-related questions
• - Drafting, reviewing, and redlining a wide range of contracts (vendor, client, partner, NDAs, etc.) to ensure compliance with legal and business requirements
• - Ensuring drafts and executed documents are accurately filed for version control
• - Coordinating with internal teams to ensure proper administration of contracts (e.g., billing milestones, tracking end dates, renewals, etc.), compliance with company policies, and mitigation of risk
• - Utilizing electronic signature software to execute agreements
• - Helping to develop, maintain, and optimize contract management processes, including workflows, templates, repositories, approval systems, trackers, clause playbooks, and system updates with contract details and reminders
• - Maintaining GSG’s lobbyist registrations and submitting required filings
• - Completing client due diligence/background questionnaires and other tasks required by a client’s procurement team
• - Preparing regular reports for leadership on contract status, compliance risks, and performance metrics
• - Reviewing independent contractor compliance questionnaires and obtaining necessary approvals prior to onboarding new vendors
• - Upholding high levels of confidentiality of all sensitive materials and information
• - Assisting with other miscellaneous contract, compliance, and legal tasks as needed

Manager, Contracts and Compliance

Designer

• Global Strategy Group (GSG) works at the intersection of business, politics, and causes, protecting and building corporate reputations and influencing public affairs
• Creative Design Assistant to join the L@B in-house creative and media agency delivering creative direction, video & content production, and digital media capabilities
• Report directly to VP, Creative Director and support the team through early 2026
• Develop and refine visual materials for clients, including reports, one-pagers, social and digital advertising, print ads, video ads, and branded content
• Design custom assets using stock and original elements to create engaging, polished compositions
• Create visual narratives through PowerPoint presentations, video treatments, storyboards, and multimedia content
• Support creative ideation for campaigns, messaging, branding, animations, and video assets
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure designs align with brand standards and client objectives
• Contribute to new business efforts by designing visual assets, mockups, and pitch decks
• Prepare files for digital and print production and ensure technical specifications are met
• Maintain version control, manage asset libraries, and ensure accuracy across file formats
• Manage multiple design tasks and timelines, maintain organization and communication
• Assist in guiding interns and coordinating with vendors or freelancers when needed
