About the role

Build and strengthen relationships with vendor accounts in assigned territory
Conduct daily pipeline reviews, identifying opportunities and driving follow-up actions
Lead strategic, quota-driven conversations to move vendors efficiently through the sales cycle
Deliver engaging product demonstrations and training sessions virtually or over the phone
Communicate the Clicklease program and value proposition clearly and persuasively
Collaborate with internal teams and the regional outside sales team for onboarding and vendor success
Develop and execute strategies to grow financing volume with existing vendor partners
Research vendor industries to understand client business needs and tailor solutions
Summarize territory performance, pipeline activity, and market insights for weekly reporting
Report geographic trends and business opportunities to management
Maintain accurate records, notes, and activities in Salesforce CRM

2+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
Critical thinking skills and adaptability to evolving business needs
Strong organizational and time management skills
Results-driven mindset with a professional, positive, and collaborative demeanor
Ability to deliver product demonstrations and training virtually or over the phone
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM (preferred)
Experience in B2B equipment financing or financial services (preferred)
Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets (preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field (preferred)
Legally authorized to work in the USA without employer sponsorship (required by application)
Willing/able to work onsite in West Valley City, UT on scheduled office days (required)
