• Identify and nurture opportunities, build pipeline, and close short term Cloud monthly contracts, while simultaneously developing a strategic Enterprise business with complex sales cycles.
• Evangelize ClickHouse’s vision and solutions to secure strategic commercial commitments.
• Take a solution-based approach to selling, delivering clear business value for customers.
• Champion the innovation behind ClickHouse Cloud, driving awareness and adoption.
• Manage customer details, including use cases, timelines, and forecasting, within Salesforce.
• Deliver accurate monthly business forecasts.
• Contribute to the ClickHouse ecosystem by engaging in local developer meetups and helping organize ClickHouse specific community events.

Infrastructure Engineer

• Build a cutting-edge Cloud Native platform on top of the public cloud.
• Improve the metrics pipeline and build algorithms to generate better autoscaling statistics and recommendations.
• Work on the autoscale and Kubernetes operator to support seamless Vertical and Horizontal Auto-scaling.
• Work closely with our ClickHouse core development team and other data plane teams, partnering with them to support auto-scaling use cases as well as other internal infrastructure improvements.
• Architecting and building a robust, scalable, and highly available distributed infrastructure

Senior Cloud Data Infrastructure Engineer

• Build a cutting-edge Cloud Native platform on top of the public cloud.
• Improve the metrics pipeline and build algorithms to generate better autoscaling statistics and recommendations.
• Work on the autoscale and Kubernetes operator to support seamless Vertical and Horizontal Auto-scaling.
• Work closely with our ClickHouse core development team and other data plane teams, partnering with them to support auto-scaling use cases as well as other internal infrastructure improvements.
• Architecting and building a robust, scalable, and highly available distributed infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain the auto-scaling infrastructure to transform ClickHouse into a fully functional server-less database solution and evolve ClickHouse into a cloud-native database system.

Solutions Engineer

• Translate complex business and technical requirements into scalable solution designs, covering architecture, migrations, workflows, and data visualization.
• Work directly with stakeholders across every level; from the C-suite to data scientists and developers, to enable customer success.
• Evangelize ClickHouse’s vision and capabilities, driving adoption and securing strategic commitments.
• Apply a solution based approach to demonstrate and deliver customer value.
• Lead new initiatives that help customers transform raw data into actionable insights aligned with their business outcomes.
• Serve as a trusted advisor guiding clients on real time analytics, cloud native applications, and enterprise-scale workloads; define positioning and adoption of serverless Cloud product.

Solutions Architect

People Operations

• Own contract creation and administration for our entity and EOR countries.
• Manage the full onboarding process, including benefits and pension enrollments.
• Initiate and track background checks with our provider.
• Act as the first point of contact for new hires, answering questions and guiding them through onboarding.
• Coordinate with immigration advisors on work visa sponsorship and timelines.
• Enroll new hires in orientation and training via our LMS.
• Ensure data accuracy across people systems (BambooHR, Deel, SequoiaOne, Greenhouse, benefits providers, etc.).
• Document processes and related workflows as we scale.
• Drive process improvements in People Ops and Recruiting (streamline access management, investigate self-service, implement automation).
• Support regular HR cycles with admin tasks such as promotion/change letters, employment verification, or visa support letters.
• Provide support on other HR systems and tools as needed.
• Run checks and audits regularly to make sure data and systems are up to date.
• Help keep our culture alive with Slack announcements, company meeting slides, and acting as a bridge between employees and external providers.
