Infrastructure Engineer

• Build a cutting-edge cloud-native database platform on top of the public cloud.
• Work on the autoscaling and our in-house Kubernetes operator to support seamless Vertical and Horizontal Auto-scaling.
• Improve the metrics pipeline and build algorithms to generate better autoscaling statistics and recommendations.
• Work closely with our ClickHouse core development team and other data plane teams, partnering with them to support auto-scaling use cases as well as other internal infrastructure improvements.

Events

• Help lead the visual direction and design execution for key internal and external events: booths, summits, meetups, product launches, and more
• Concept and create assets across physical and digital formats: signage, backdrops, swag, motion, slides, social content, and promos
• Collaborate closely with event producers, marketing, and design peers to align messaging and creative vision
• Translate technical ideas and themes into powerful visual stories

• Developing ClickHouse training courses for both on-demand and instructor-led delivery, including slides, videos, and hands-on labs
• Designing new training courses for various personas and users of ClickHouse, including working with the Engineering and Product team to determine the necessary course content
• Working with other Curriculum Developers to produce high quality on-demand training content for the ClickHouse Academy

• Build and own multi-touch attribution models that connect marketing campaigns, channels, and touch points to product signups, trial starts, and pipeline
• Partner with marketing to analyze campaign performance across paid, organic, and community channels—measuring impact on signup volume, user quality, and conversion rates.
• Establish marketing data pipelines and ensure clean, standardized tracking across web analytics, marketing platforms, and product data.
• Design, analyze, and interpret A/B tests across the website and product to optimize conversion rates at each funnel stage.
• Own analytics for the product-led growth funnel: website conversion, signup flows, onboarding, and activation metrics.

• Translate demand generation strategies into impactful events and experiences by working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and sales leaders, to develop content and promotional strategies that drive high attendance and engagement.
• Work with external partners and third-party organizations to co-host events, webinars, and joint marketing initiatives, helping to expand ClickHouse's reach and strengthen its market presence.
• Manage the entire event lifecycle, including contracts, planning, logistics, and on-the-ground execution for a variety of events such as trade shows, conferences, hosted events, and webinars.
