Assists Program Manager with Program utility braiding and other program metrics.
Perform client and internal reporting and communications with exceptional attention to accuracy and professionalism.
Train, review work quality, oversee timelines, address system functionality, and drive process improvements in cooperation with co-workers.
Enter, track and report on customer data using a variety of tools.
Communicate with customers regarding Program rules via email and phone.
Participate in team and/or client meetings to provide updates and address action items, identify and escalate issues or areas of concern.
Requirements
3-6 years’ experience in data management and customer service
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Proficiency in Excel - able to perform intermediate to advanced level functions.
