Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree (preferred) in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience.
10+ years of work experience with a Master’s degree or 12 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Total Rewards or a related field with some experience in a leadership role.
A Master's degree or relevant executive-level professional certification (like CEBS - Certified Employee Benefit Specialist, or potentially a relevant operational or project management certification)
