Director

• Develop new outdoor Advertising Assets while building relationships at all levels of government
• Strategically manage and grow the region’s portfolio of real estate assets
• Navigate the federal, state & local regulatory environment
• Make strategic/tactical decisions about site location, entitlements, design, budgeting, construction, and/or acquisition of real estate assets
• Negotiate existing and new lease agreements with favorable terms
• Work with legal counsel in all matters involving zoning, relocation, permitting, lease contract negotiations, and legal actions
• Identify viable development opportunities including competitive inventory
• Collaborate with Building, Electrical, General Contractors, Surveyors, and Engineers
• Secure, permit, and orchestrate the building of new assets in the market
• Work with State, County, and City officials on all matters pertaining to the development of new assets and all relocations
• Attend regulatory and public hearings
• Pursue modernization of existing ordinances for current technology such as digital format
• Collaborate with the VP Real Estate and VP Public Affairs to achieve shared market goals
• Manage Development Rep
• Join select chambers of commerce/boards and participate in community events to positively represent Clear Channel Outdoor

Director of Real Estate Development

• Develop new outdoor Advertising Assets and strategically manage and grow the region’s portfolio of real estate assets
• Build and maintain relationships at all levels of government; work with State, County, and City officials on development and relocations
• Strategically navigate federal, state & local regulatory environment; attend regulatory and public hearings
• Make strategic and tactical decisions about site location, entitlements, design, budgeting, construction and/or acquisition of real estate assets
• Negotiate existing and new lease agreements with favorable terms and work with legal counsel on zoning, relocation, permitting, and lease contract negotiations
• Identify viable development opportunities including competitive inventory; pursue modernization of ordinances for current technology such as digital format
• Work with Building, Electrical, General Contractors, Surveyors and Engineers; identify, secure, permit, and orchestrate building of new assets
• Collaborate with the VP Real Estate and VP Public Affairs to achieve shared market goals and objectives
• Manage Development Representative and join/select chambers of commerce/boards to represent Clear Channel Outdoor
• Perform other duties as assigned
