• Manage fast-changing calendars with precision across four senior leaders, making sure priorities are protected and no detail is overlooked.
• Be a trusted, critical partner in the success of the CX org by staying ahead of what each leader needs — proactively removing friction and helping them make the most of their time.
• Act as the go-to point of contact for internal and external partners across Growth Strategy, Services, and Support, ensuring communication is always clear and timely.
• Support our Growth Strategists (CSMs) in booking executive 1:1s with our internal leaders and customers — acting as a reliable, professional point of coordination that makes every touchpoint feel seamless.
• Follow up on action items and commitments, making sure nothing falls through the cracks and keeping leaders accountable to their priorities.
• Plan and execute CX team events, offsites, and dinners — from the big-picture logistics to the small touches that make them memorable.
• Coordinate travel seamlessly: flights, hotels, itineraries, and everything in between.
• Help unite a cross-functional team by serving as a go-to resource across Growth Strategy, Services, and Support — facilitating communication and jumping in with coordination support wherever needed.

Full-stack Engineer

• Serve as the embedded GTM Engineering partner for Solutions, Partnerships, and Edu teams, including
• Build and own our partner and ecosystem workflow automations like partner identification, co-selling, registration, account intelligence etc.
• Push the limits of Clay and extend our platform into new use cases, feed our product team innovative ideas, dogfood new features and; act as a practitioner evangelist of Clay infrastructure and GTM Engineering
• Partner deeply with GTM leaders and frontline teams to understand how our revenue motion works today and where it breaks
• Own projects end-to-end, from discovery and prototyping through rollout, adoption, and iteration; identify opportunities to automate, augment, or redesign workflows using AI, data, and better systems design
• Design systems that improve speed, visibility, data quality, and execution across the funnel; connect systems through APIs, webhooks, integrations, and automation layers so information moves cleanly across the stack
• Measure performance, adoption, and business impact of what you build, then improve it over time
• Act as an internal thought partner on the future of AI-native GTM systems

GTM Engineer – Ecosystem

• Build and own core sales workflow automations like book carving, ROE automation, signal detection, pipeline automation and more
• Partner closely with our Head of Sales and sales leadership to translate business needs into automation requirements and iterate based on feedback
• Build tooling that surfaces the right customer context for GSMs at the right moment; before QBRs, during renewals, and ahead of expansion conversations
• Push the limits of Clay and extend our platform into new use cases, feed our product team innovative ideas, dogfood new features and ; act as a practitioner evangelist of Clay infrastructure and GTM Engineering
• Partner deeply with GTM leaders and frontline teams to understand how our revenue motion works today and where it breaks
• Own projects end-to-end, from discovery and prototyping through rollout, adoption, and iteration; identify opportunities to automate, augment, or redesign workflows using AI, data, and better systems design
• Design systems that improve speed, visibility, data quality, and execution across the funnel; connect systems through APIs, webhooks, integrations, and automation layers so information moves cleanly across the stack

• Build and own post-sale workflow automations like health scoring, churn signal detection, expansion opportunity identification, and proactive customer outreach triggers
• Partner closely with Growth Strategy and Product Support to translate business needs into automation requirements and iterate based on feedback
• Build tooling that surfaces the right customer context for GSMs at the right moment; before QBRs, during renewals, and ahead of expansion conversations
