About the role
- Drive sales by delivering customer experiences, upselling accessories, and promoting offers.
- Conduct piercings, educate customers on aftercare, and maintain a sterile environment.
- Maintain store presentation: displays, organized inventory, and easy-to-shop layouts.
- Support Store Manager by motivating the team, sharing sales tips, and fostering a positive environment.
- Represent the brand by staying current on fashion and social media trends and suggesting products.
- Oversee store operations including inventory management, cash transactions, visual merchandising, and coordinating promotions.
- Encourage customers to share purchases and piercings on social media to increase brand visibility.
- Participate in hiring/application process: face-to-face interviews in store when progressing in candidacy.
Requirements
- Can conduct piercings and demonstrate patience and empathy, particularly with young or anxious customers.
- Proficient in operating a POS system to facilitate transactions and manage sales.
- Completed some high school.
- At least one year of retail management experience (posting also mentions at least one year of retail experience, ideally with leadership responsibility).
- Ability to stand during scheduled shifts and maneuver 11-35kg (25-75lbs).
- Ability to bend, stoop, extended reaching, and climb ladders or step stools.
- Passionate about providing customers opportunities to express themselves.
- Energized by interacting with customers and strive to provide excellent service.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong grasp of mathematics for inventory management, sales analysis, and cash handling.
