Requirements
Can conduct piercings and demonstrate patience and empathy, particularly with young or anxious customers
Proficient in operating a POS system
Hold a high school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of one year of retail management experience
Minimum of one year of overall retail experience
Ability to stand during scheduled shifts and maneuver 11-35kg (25-75lbs)
Ability to bend, stoop, extended reaching, and climb ladders or step stools
Passionate about providing customers opportunities to express themselves
Energized by interacting with customers and strive to provide excellent service
Inspired by values of teamwork, compassion, integrity, customer delight, diversity, and self-expression
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong grasp of mathematics for inventory management, sales analysis, and cash handling
