- Own the Sales Game: Crush sales goals by delivering next-level customer experiences, upselling must-have accessories, and hyping up promos to drive revenue.
- Piercing Excellence: Conduct piercings, educate on aftercare, maintain a sterile environment, and address questions and concerns throughout the process.
- Keep It Fresh: Maintain attractive store displays, organized inventory, and easy-to-shop layouts.
- Team Collaboration: Support the Store Manager by motivating the team, sharing sales tips, and creating a positive, high-energy vibe.
- Brand Representation: Showcase Claire's products and services; stay plugged into fashion and social media trends to help customers find their style.
- Store Operations: Oversee inventory management, handle cash transactions, visual merchandising, and coordinate promotional activities.
- Create Shareable Moments: Encourage customers to share purchases and piercings on social media to drive engagement.
Requirements
- You can conduct piercings and demonstrate patience and empathy, particularly with young or anxious customers.
- Proficient in operating a POS system to facilitate transactions and manage sales efficiently.
- You have completed some high school.
- You have at least one year of retail management experience.
- At least one year of retail experience, ideally with some leadership or sales-driving responsibility.
- Ability to stand during scheduled shifts and maneuver 11-35kg (25-75lbs).
- Ability to bend, stoop, extended reaching, and climb ladders or step stools while placing merchandise.
- Passionate about providing customers opportunities to express themselves every day.
- Energized by interacting with customers and strive to provide excellent service throughout their visit.
- Inspired by values of teamwork, compassion, integrity, customer delight, diversity, and self-expression.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Possess a strong grasp of mathematics, essential for inventory management, sales analysis, and cash handling.
- Driven team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated and organized; some stores may require working alone at times.
- Passion for fashion and stay up to date with the latest trends; able to create a curated fashion look during shifts.
