Provide operations support services including record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval of records, account maintenance, imaging and opening of accounts
Serve as liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians and clients
Serve as technical authority and provide advice and counsel related to technology or operations
Perform analysis to define problems, develop solutions, streamline operational processes and expand Operations capabilities
Communicate regularly with all Operations teams and departments
Maintain knowledge of operational procedures, best practices, and process/quality improvements to provide customized business solution recommendations
Perform User Acceptance Testing and platform rollouts
Lead projects across multiple Operations areas and coach lower level team members
Appropriately assess and escalate risk, ensuring compliance with laws, rules, regulations and policy
Requirements
6-10 years of experience
Experience in developing risk management programs, identifying processes, risks, assessing key controls and monitoring
Self-motivated and detail oriented
Proven organization and time management skills
Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience (Master’s degree preferred)
