Manage a portfolio of Nordic-based global corporate clients as Global Solution Sales Manager (Director)
Lead sales origination, pipeline development and customer revenue growth for assigned corporate clients in the Nordics
Increase customer penetration and cross-sell of TTS products and solutions across a 95+ country network
Act as a Trusted Advisor for complex cash and working capital solutions, developing client dialogue across buying centres with product and specialist partners
Support client experience initiatives in partnership with banking, servicing and client success teams
Develop account plans and coordinate sustained client calling routines with key stakeholders and banking teams
Drive client engagement and support TTS and franchise marketing thought-leadership initiatives
Work with Legal, Compliance, Market and Credit Risk, Audit and Finance to ensure governance and control
Demonstrate responsible finance, governance, compliance and ethical behaviour
Requirements
In-depth knowledge of Cash Management and Working Capital Solutions along with other banking products
Proven track record in originating and selling cash management, trade, and/or technology-based consulting solutions with large, complex client buying organizations
Demonstrated excellence in origination of complex corporate digital solutions across payments, liquidity management, card, E-commerce and working capital solutions
Experienced working with large client relationships from a banking or product perspective
Clear and concise written and verbal communication; fluency in English and Swedish / Finnish
Tenacious, persuasive, and articulate personality
Excellent interpersonal skills to deal internally and externally with clients
