About the role
- Manage a portfolio of Financial Institution (FI) & Non-Bank Financial Institution (NBFI) clients for Citi Treasury and Trade Solutions
- Support clients' global growth and deliver the full suite of TTS services
- Responsible for service provision, organic revenue growth, and compliance and risk management
- Cross-sell and commercialize new/enhanced TTS products to increase wallet penetration
- Conduct regular relationship reviews including profitability, opportunities, and pricing analysis
- Drive portfolio growth by aligning client needs with Citi cash management and trade solutions
- Input pipeline opportunities and won deals into CRM and manage implementations
- Work with partners to remove roadblocks and accelerate revenue realization
- Monitor post-implementation utilization and revenue realization against estimates
- Act as client advocate to address issues, manage escalations, and drive best-in-class client experience
- Develop trusted-adviser relationships with client decision makers and influencers
- Partner with product specialists and cross-regional teams to enhance client satisfaction
- Understand local market dynamics, competition, and regulatory environments
- Take ownership of target market portfolio and participate in strategic FI TTS initiatives
Requirements
- 10+ years of Relationship Management or equivalent experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Fluent written and verbal English communication skills
- Leadership and team management experience desired
- 25% travel required
