About the role
- Evaluate and validate analyses from key partners, ensuring accuracy of KPIs
- Critically assess forecasting methodologies and identify improvements
- Partner with analytics teams to leverage impactful data for forecasting
- Define drivers for forecasting models and ensure integration
- Communicate forecasting methodologies and results to clients across audiences
- Build strong client relationships and act as trusted advisor
- Create executive-level presentations and reports articulating insights and recommendations
- Partner with Operations, Finance, Integration, Data, and Application Support teams
- Leverage AI and advanced technologies to enhance forecasting accuracy and efficiency
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Experience with workforce management principles and practices
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience (Master’s degree preferred)
