About the role
- Own the product vision and roadmap for assigned squad; define success metrics, prioritize features, and drive iterative development
- Lead squad to ship enterprise SaaS products and enhancements; bridge product vision and execution
- Conduct user research, analyze data, and translate insights into product decisions
- Partner with engineers and designers to ensure clear, feasible specifications aligned with user needs
- Communicate across the organization to keep stakeholders informed, build consensus, and advocate for the product
- Build and empower product squads to achieve shared goals
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in product management
- Proven track record of successful launches and feature ownership
- Passionate about data-driven decision making and agile product development
- Expert in user research and translating customer needs into product solutions
- Strong communicator and collaborator with engineering, design, and marketing
- Experience building and empowering product squads
- Bonus: experience in healthcare or AI
- Bonus: understanding of Agile methodologies
- Bonus: ability to code or strong technical understanding
