About the role
- The Office of the COO is responsible for driving Citi’s Transformation to modernize and simplify the bank
- The Transformation Program Operations Reporting VP supports execution and management of complex and critical Regulatory/Management reports spanning multiple Program groups
- Role requires comprehensive understanding of multiple Program Groups, attention to data quality, and time management
- Daily execution supporting regulatory and senior management reporting requests
- Develop data quality controls for reporting and implement best-practices to improve reporting efficiency
- Drive adherence to program processes, procedures, methods, and standards for project delivery
- Facilitate coordination and arbitration of cross-functional macro-level topics with Senior Management
Requirements
- Experience in Program Management level reporting to Regulators and Senior Management
- Advance level of experience using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to independently and effectively work across all levels of management and functions
- Strong analytical expertise and detailed oriented
- Strong project management skills and multitask responsibilities
