About the role

  • Lead the development and execution of the future-state strategy for global Cash Management Treasury Operations
  • Partner with senior leadership to define strategic objectives and transformation roadmap
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and innovation to enhance efficiency and reduce risk
  • Manage multiple high-priority projects, ensuring on-time delivery and stakeholder communication
  • Lead development of business cases for strategic investments and quantify benefits
  • Build relationships across Operations, Technology, and partner groups to drive execution
  • Maintain market, industry, and regulatory expertise to inform strategic decisions
  • Oversee change management planning and execution and manage budgets for transformation initiatives

Requirements

  • 15+ years of relevant experience
  • Working knowledge of Operations, Cash Management or Treasury function within Markets, Custody or Treasury environment
  • Proven product management experience, including launching and managing implementations to completion
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills
  • Proven project management skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience (Master’s degree preferred)
