About the role

  • Find partnership opportunities, make connections and help navigate to closing deals
  • Help leadership identify new areas of growth
  • Build or bring a rolodex in the Gym, Health and Wellness space
  • Make connections that unlock partnership deals that allow both parties to unlock value
  • Partner with legal counsel to review deal terms, negotiate and execute investment transactions
  • Support other ad hoc projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but experience trumps all
  • 2+ years or related experience in private equity, investment banking or management consulting
  • Build or bring a rolodex in the Gym, Health and Wellness space
  • Successful record in health and wellness partnerships preferred
  • Ability to work both independently and as a productive member of transaction teams
  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Dedicated work ethic and commitment to enhancing the team
  • Outstanding organization, decision making and problem-solving skills
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and desire to work for a dynamic and successful organization
