About the role
- Find partnership opportunities, make connections and help navigate to closing deals
- Help leadership identify new areas of growth
- Build or bring a rolodex in the Gym, Health and Wellness space
- Make connections that unlock partnership deals that allow both parties to unlock value
- Partner with legal counsel to review deal terms, negotiate and execute investment transactions
- Support other ad hoc projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but experience trumps all
- 2+ years or related experience in private equity, investment banking or management consulting
- Build or bring a rolodex in the Gym, Health and Wellness space
- Successful record in health and wellness partnerships preferred
- Ability to work both independently and as a productive member of transaction teams
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Dedicated work ethic and commitment to enhancing the team
- Outstanding organization, decision making and problem-solving skills
- Entrepreneurial attitude and desire to work for a dynamic and successful organization
