  • Deliver ad hoc analysis demonstrating business insights and analytical capabilities and work on cross enterprise initiatives
  • Collaborate extensively with finance teams across the firm and drive cross enterprise finance initiatives
  • Run streamlined planning processes for the firm and support senior leaders with meaningful, accurate and timely information

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting or equivalent experience
  • 5-6 years of financial reporting, planning & analysis experience
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Applications (Excel/PowerPoint) and business intelligence tools (PowerBI)
  • A self-motivated teammate who brings energy, enthusiasm, and intellectual curiosity
  • Keen ability to envision the "big picture" while maintaining close attention to detail
  • Skilled in coordinating activities and navigating complex data in unpredictable scenarios
  • Strong problem-solver with the proactive ability to “figure it out” through curiosity and consistent determination
  • Consistent track record to simultaneously identify, prioritize, address issues, and quickly respond to shifts in priorities
  • Proven success communicating with impact and clarity, both in your written and verbal delivery, including follow-up
