Account Executive

• Gain a high-level technical understanding of CINC's current and upcoming products and service offerings.
• Own full lifecycle of sales to include qualifying inbound leads, develop sales opportunities, conduct virtual demonstrations, and close business.
• Honestly and accurately articulate the value of CINC’s platforms and other products.
• Communicate industry and market facts to position CINC as a competitive solution with clients.
• Maintain accurate records of all Lead activities within SalesLoft.
• Reach monthly revenue quota by driving new sales, reducing churn, and ensuring best practices are being implemented on every sales call.
• Make 50 outbound dials a day as a minimum.

Business Development Representative

Support Engineer

• Deliver a consultative support experience through creative, technical problem solving and a deep knowledge of how our platform works
• Provide best-in-class support to new and existing customers via phone, chat, or email
• Troubleshoot basic and complex technical tasks
• Answer product-related questions, resolve customer issues, and educate customers on the Real Geeks platform
• Log customer notes and actions taken to resolve tickets into Hubspot
• Meet daily call and ticket resolution goals as assigned
• Maintain customer satisfaction score of 90% or higher

Technical Support Specialist

Sales

Director of Sales – Performance, Enablement

• Handle inbound leads generated through various marketing channels, website inquiries, SDR’s, and phone calls.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the goals and requirements of potential customers.
• Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value proposition of Real Geeks' products and services to potential customers.
• Recommend appropriate solutions tailored to the unique needs of each customer, emphasizing the benefits and ROI.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with leads in the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups and nurturing of leads.
• Guide leads through the sales process, addressing any questions or concerns and overcoming objections to close deals.
• Work closely with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and marketing campaigns' effectiveness.
• Ensure a smooth handoff of closed deals to the customer success team for onboarding and ongoing support.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and targets.

Account Executive - Sales

• Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation efforts for account executives through cold calling and other efforts.
• Provide phenomenal customer service throughout all interactions with prospective customers.
• Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM.
• Actively listen and identify the prospect’s needs.
• Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities.

• Execute client training sessions via remote solutions via Zoom, Go-To-Webinar, etc.
• Record quick tip videos and update library articles in the CINC help center
• Conduct "Essential Training Series" call sequence for new clients to help ensure adoption and knowledge of key CINC platform features
• Conduct client webinar sessions on key training topics as needed
• Keep informed of platform updates and enhancements as new products and features are rolled out to clients
• Document all activities and relevant call notes in Salesforce
• Conduct on average 5 training call sessions with clients per day
• Monitor platform adoption, usage, and milestones of clients during Implementation.

Training Specialist

• Generating and advancing opportunities through the entire sales cycle
• Delivering high impact product and sales presentations
• Helping real estate agents adopt CINC’s lead generation and CRM software
