Account Advisor

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of existing clients
- Build strong, long-term relationships by understanding client goals, priorities, and success metrics
- Drive account growth through renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
- Conduct regular business reviews to demonstrate value, share insights, and identify new opportunities
- Partner with clients to ensure successful adoption and utilization of solutions
- Collaborate with customer success, support, product, and sales teams to resolve issues and enhance the client experience
- Monitor account health, proactively addressing risks and identifying opportunities for retention
- Maintain accurate account plans, forecasts, and CRM data
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–7+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or SaaS sales
- Proven track record of retaining and growing client relationships
- Strong consultative skills with the ability to identify client needs and align solutions accordingly
- Experience managing a portfolio of accounts with revenue responsibility
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and customer success platforms
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
