Join a community team to satisfy day-to-day needs of clients and ensure the physical space is functional and organized.
Upkeep of conference rooms, phone booths, copy centers, and other shared areas.
Daily restocking of assorted snacks and beverages and maintaining kitchen spaces to look neat and presentable.
Assemble and move furniture between offices and perform basic cleaning of vacant spaces (vacuuming, dusting).
Maintain and organize storage inventories such as copy paper, kitchen snacks, and other daily supplies.
Change toner and troubleshoot printers/copiers.
Hang wall shelves and whiteboards.
Provide concierge coverage and handle front desk duties such as mail and package processing.
Assist with setup of event spaces.
Build professional relationships with clients in the community.
As needed and schedule permitting, assist the Community Team with other office tasks.
Requirements
Naturally enjoys helping others and highly values teamwork.
Takes ownership over tasks and follows them through to completion.
Detail-oriented and organized with solid time management skills.
Independent, reliable, and willing to learn.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; understands nuances of effective communication.
Foreign languages are a plus.
Ability to move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds (18kg), position them on wheeled carts, and transport them around the space, including on and off elevators and through doorways.
Ability to position yourself to maintain tidy shared/office space, including under assembled tables/desks.
Comfort with using or learning how to use basic power tools (e.g., using a drill).
Capacity to learn and provide basic tech support (e.g., setting up printer drivers, VoIP phones, troubleshooting conference room projectors).
Ability to work every weekday starting at 7:00 am.
Availability for morning shift 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM; approximately 25–29 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
