About the role
- Lead the architectural design of complex Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with client business objectives
- Provide expert guidance and mentorship to development teams on Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies
- Serve as the go-to expert on the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other relevant clouds and products
- Design and oversee implementation of robust integration solutions between Salesforce and other enterprise systems using APIs and middleware platforms
- Collaborate with sales team on pre-sales activities: understand client needs, develop solution proposals, present technical demonstrations
- Establish and enforce technical governance and best practices for long-term health and maintainability of Salesforce implementations
- Identify opportunities for innovation, adopt new Salesforce features and industry trends, and drive technical strategy
Requirements
- Deep understanding of Salesforce platform, best practices, limitations, and capabilities
- Expertise in Salesforce clouds: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and related products
- Strong experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
- Experience designing and leading architectural solutions for complex Salesforce implementations
- Experience designing and implementing integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems using APIs and middleware
- Experience in technical governance, establishing and enforcing best practices
- Pre-sales and client engagement experience (solution proposals and technical demonstrations)
- Technical leadership and mentorship experience for development teams
- Keeping up-to-date with Salesforce features and industry trends to drive innovation
