About the role
- Design and implement scalable data and solution architectures leveraging Databricks Lakehouse Platform
- Partner with clients to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable Databricks solutions
- Participate in pre-sales calls and client workshops, providing technical insights and recommendations
- Deliver hands-on solution design and Databricks development, ensuring data governance, scalability, and best practices
- Drive project execution, aligning stakeholders and guiding teams toward successful delivery without direct people management
- Collaborate across engineering, analytics, and business teams to promote data democratization and innovation
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in data engineering, solution architecture, or related roles
- Proven, hands-on expertise with Databricks Lakehouse Platform and related cloud-based data technologies
- Strong background in data architecture, solution design, and enterprise-scale data management
- Experience with data governance frameworks and best practices to ensure compliance, quality, and security
- Demonstrated ability to engage clients, lead technical conversations, and translate technical solutions into business impact
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
