About the role
- Analyze the existing financial application to understand its structure, data flow, and functionalities.
- Translate business requirements into technical configurations and customizations within Salesforce.
- Develop, customize, and configure Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and integrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and ensure the solution aligns with business goals.
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure the solution’s functionality and performance.
- Assist with data migration, system integration, and deployment activities.
- Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
- Support end-users during rollout and provide ongoing support as needed.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience with a strong focus on financial or similar regulated industries.
- Multiple Salesforce certifications (Admin, Developer, etc.).
- Experience reverse engineering legacy systems and translating them into Salesforce solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce data models, security, and integration methods.
- Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and collaborate with team members.
- Preferred: Experience with Financial Services Cloud. Knowledge of APIs, middleware, and data integration tools. Familiarity with financial data security standards.
