About the role
- Ensure Scrum theory, practices, and rules are understood and enacted by the Scrum Team
- Serve as a servant-leader and help stakeholders interact productively with the Scrum Team
- Facilitate Scrum events and support the Product Owner in effective Product Backlog management and planning
- Coach the Development Team in self-organization, cross-functionality, and removal of impediments
- Lead and coach the organization in Scrum adoption and plan Scrum implementations
- Work with other Scrum Masters to increase Scrum effectiveness across the organisation
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a ScrumMaster role for a software development team
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and/or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)
- Experience working with tools like Jira and Confluence
- Good understanding of Agile principles, Kanban, Scrum Boards
- Outstanding consulting skills, with strong negotiation and influencing skills with customers
- A passion for delivering exceptional technical solutions and customer experiences
