  • About the role: Senior Sales Advisor for Chronosphere Logs will play a pivotal role in enabling Chronosphere’s go-to-market teams to successfully engage with high-potential prospects and customers. As Chronosphere Logs Address the most complex technical and operational challenges, instills confidence in prospects through deep product and industry knowledge, and ensures valuable field insights are relayed to product management. The mission is to accelerate adoption of Chronosphere Logs, drive successful evaluations, and influence product evolution based on market needs.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in technical pre-sales, solutions architecture, observability engineering, or related roles.
  • Hands-on experience with log management solutions (e.g., Splunk, Elastic, Datadog, New Relic, Grafana Loki, OpenSearch).
  • Familiarity with cloud-native architectures, Kubernetes, and distributed systems monitoring.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving capabilities for complex, large-scale observability environments.
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and business audiences.
  • Ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, business-relevant narratives.
  • Proven track record influencing product direction through customer advocacy.
  • Customer-first mentality with a bias for action.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and able to thrive in a high-growth, competitive market.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity while providing clarity to others.
