Account Manager

• Develop and execute comprehensive engagement plans with hyperscalers and SIs, aligning with joint business objectives and regional sales targets.
• Drive co-selling, co-marketing, and joint solution development initiatives that result in pipeline generation and increased market share.

Channel Account Manager

Technical Program Manager

• Work closely alongside our Sr. TPM
• Help lead the execution of large scale customer implementation projects, coordinate cross-organizational dependencies, and be responsible for customer migration by working closely with the customer TPM and leaders, Chronosphere SA, CSA, PM, and engineering team members.
• Work with the customer technical leads and gather all relevant onboarding requirements from the customer, collect all relevant data assets, drive internal discussions to analyze the data and the requirements, and plan the onboarding process working closely with the key internal stakeholders - SA, CSA and the product/engineer team.
• Help break down projects into component parts, identifying and tracking dependencies and opportunities for optimization; proactively identify problems and recommend solutions before they become blockers
• Consistently look for and implement process improvements, advocate for automation and process improvements aimed at scaling and efficiency
• Communicate goals, status, risks, and impact to teams and stakeholders; you are able to adapt communications to any level including customer execs
• Gather data from multiple sources and analyze them for smart inferences that will lead to process improvements, removing toil and increasing velocity & efficiency of the teams.
• Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders including executive leaders, program/project managers, central observability team and development teams.
• Continuously focus on process and engagement improvements for efficiency, effectiveness and velocity.
• Build, modify and own customer migration workstream templates and engagement frameworks including tools, in close collaboration with our Sr. TPM.
• Help streamline the internal stakeholder (Engg, product management) engagement framework.
• Work closely with our Sr. TPM to define workstreams when scoping large customer programs, which may include reviewing proposals or Statements of Work.
• You will identify risks in all assigned areas; work with teams and management to mitigate these risks before they become issues.
• Define and own technical deliverables of the customer migration & implementation and success criteria.

Developer Relations

• Partner with product manager, UX designer, and engineering leaders to nurture a culture of experimentation and disciplined incremental delivery.
• Learn the product, observability market, and customer needs to contribute to product, prioritization, and design decisions.
• Support engineers to own customer and business problems with strategic guidance.
• Develop feedback loops with stakeholders including sales, account management, and support to align output with desired outcomes.
• Balance work across individual contributors and create a healthy team environment.
• Support and develop a team of engineers through feedback, coaching, and performance management.
• Identify and remove impediments to foster team efficiency.
• Be accountable for the reliability and performance of the team’s systems in production; ensure team has focus, tools, and processes to meet reliability standards.
• Collaborate with other engineering and product leaders on organizational initiatives and partner with sister teams to deliver shared goals.
• In first three months: learn platform, team roadmap, customers, tech stack, engineering practices; build relationships; manage direct reports, planning and execution.

• About the role: Senior Sales Advisor for Chronosphere Logs will play a pivotal role in enabling Chronosphere’s go-to-market teams to successfully engage with high-potential prospects and customers. As Chronosphere Logs Address the most complex technical and operational challenges, instills confidence in prospects through deep product and industry knowledge, and ensures valuable field insights are relayed to product management. • Role: Business Development Representative responsible for driving outbound and inbound pipeline generation and creating Pre-NBMs and NBMs for Sales.
• Master Chronosphere’s target market, business drivers and strategies to position products as value-add solutions.
• Meet or exceed quota targets; implement modern multi-touch outbound strategies with value-driven messaging.
• Research relevant companies and identify decision makers and technical advocates; collaborate with AEs and marketing on messaging and content strategies.
• Reach out and follow up with respondents via call and email to qualify interest, nurture leads until sales-ready, track all activity in Salesforce and Outreach, and transition leads to AEs.
