Provides general administrative support to the department including composing and typing routine correspondence and/or reports.
Completes administrative projects such as creating and updating databases.
Coordinates travel arrangements.
Records and transcribes assigned committee meeting minutes and provides assistance in preparing various materials for meetings.
Schedules and coordinates meetings and maintains department filing system.
Performs accounts payable/receivable activities, creates expense reports, work orders, assists with capital equipment requests, and orders office supplies.
Operates and manages office communications, including telephone, FAX, and e-mail.
Provides administrative and clerical support for department and supports departmental operations.
Requirements
HS diploma or equivalent
1-2 years experience
Seasonal influenza vaccine is a condition of employment for all employees in our organization.
New employees must be willing to be vaccinated if found non-immune to measles, mumps, rubella (MMR) and chicken pox (varicella) and/or without evidence of tetanus, diphtheria, acellular pertussis (Tdap) vaccination since 2005.
